If you don’t like the idea of someone
“talking” to your sub consciousness (in spite of me convincing
you of its harmlessness), but you want to use many advantages of the
hypnosis, the solution is self hypnosis induction.Standard method for self hypnosis induction is to use mp3 tapes with hypnosis
suggestions, there are lot of specialized tapes for e.g. weight loss or
stop smoking etc.
But this way of hypnosis is not really effective because
mp3 tape doesn’t know when you really are hypnotized and when it should
start with suggestions - it depends from person to person (suggestibility,
concentration, power of visualization etc.). I am working on biofeedback
self hypnosis - the hypnosis method where you using taped instructions,
but you are also connected with computer which measures you brain wave frequency
and indicates your state of mind. Computer controls taped instructions and
gives you just the instruction you need at the specific moment. I believe
that this approach will make revolution in self hypnosis area.

Lucid dreaming is conscious dreaming, with reference to dreaming where person who is dreaming is aware that he dreams, and that he can use it for control his dream.
Most of time which we achieve in a dream when we sleep, is characterized by REM phase brain waves. Attribute of the REM phase is winking eyes. Device that I presented here has eyeglasses with source of light and receiver of infrared light. Infrared light is focused to shutter, so change dose reflected of light detected wicking.
When arrangement detects REM phase of dream, it abandons configurable acoustic signals, which have part to warn person who is dreaming on that he is dreaming, and so bring him in phase of lucid dream.

Beside the acoustic brainwave stimulation (basic brainwave stimulator theory is explained in brainwave stimulator session so I am highly recommending you to take a look at it before reading this part) brain stimulation is possible with light too. Combination of acoustic brainwave stimulator and light brainwave stimulator is also very possible.

Electroencephalogram (EEG) is a device that amplifies and displays brain electrical potentials.
Every EEG consists of brain electrical potentials amplifier, digitalization (conversion of analog signal to ones and zeros – binary numbers) and displaying of data. Based on this model, and some useful advices from openEEG project I developed an EEG system, let’s analyze each part separately (to completely understand this section you need some basic electrical knowledge).

In 1839 German scientist Heinrich Wilhelm Dove discovered that by listening of two tones of different frequencies, each on one ear, one actually, besides the two tones, hears a third one, completely different tone called binocular beat. In 1973 Dr. Gerald Oster showed in his work, published in “Scientific Amarican”, that this stimulation brings to synchronization of brainwaves, namely on a frequency that is equal to subtraction of frequencies that one is stimulated with. For example, if one is stimulated with 410Hz tone on left ear and 400Hz tone on right ear, after few minute dominant brainwave frequency will be 10Hz.

A man dies once in an infinitely small time interval.
How do we know that?
Observe this moment, recall the moment before it. What do you feel towards yourself in that moment?
You are aware that is you, but you don t have any special feelings directed
to that person… That time is past, that person is no more, you don t care
what came of her. Her experiences, everything she was doing is permanently
embodied inside of you, in your memories, your financial status, your private
life, but that person is the past, if you recall a misery of some sort (for
example, an injury that occurred to that person) it doesn't bother you much,
you are bothered by possible consequences the injury has left upon your
status in the observed momentum and the way in which you feel it will affect
you in the future.

An ancient method of bringing a person (works with animals as well) in a state in which all somatic senses are eliminated.
Only a part of human brain stays awake - the part in charge of understanding the hypnotist’s speech. Maybe not precisely understanding, but recieving vocal orders directed to subconsciesness, which pass by the control of reason (that is why some people, for example, bark if the hypnotist tells them to).

A mindless mistake on a monotonous task may feel like a momentary glitch, but its mental roots run deep.

|
You may think you decided to read this story -- but in fact, your brain made the decision long before you knew about it.
In a study published Sunday in Nature Neuroscience,
researchers using brain scanners could predict people's decisions seven
seconds before the test subjects were even aware of making them.

Scientists have developed a computerised mind-reading technique which

using scanners to study brain activity.
